The American Gulag Is Carrying Out Torture And Inhumane Treatment Upon US Political Prisoners While Their Constitutional Rights Are Eliminated

As an exercise in “what-ifs”, let’s suppose you get arrested and you are not sure for what crime, or the babbling cops give some fabricated excuse, or no excuse at all. They take you to a holding facility and close the doors to you and a number of others. What are your expectations for actions to be taken? As I have zero experience in this matter, I asked my Search Engine that question, and a number of items quickly appeared. Most seemed to be associated with various specific locations in the nation, while a few were more general in nature. One of interest was on the website of the Legal Aid Society that gave some interesting procedures that are generally followed, such as they will search you and remove almost everything from you with specific items of interest like “contraband”, but including your personal items like jewelry, Identification, keys, and on and on. You are basically left with only your clothes not including any coats or hats or the like. Some of those items taken might be listed as Evidence of some kind. If you were charged with a crime, felony or misdemeanor, as defined by the legal code involved in the arrest, you will be photographed and fingerprinted. The article goes into much more detail and goes through the arraignment and booking process in brief specifics. That does not sound like a very fun experience, and I pray that neither I nor you will ever have to go through it.
“An arrest is using legal authority to deprive a person of his or her freedom of movement. An arrest is generally made with an arrest warrant. An arrest may be made without a warrant if probable cause and exigent circumstances are presented at the time of the arrest.
Probable cause is a reasonable belief of the police officer in the guilt of the suspect, based on the facts and information prior to the arrest. For instance, a warrantless arrest may be legitimate in situations where the police officer has a reasonable belief that the suspect has either committed a crime or is about to commit a crime. The police officer might also arrest the suspect to prevent the suspect’s escape or to preserve the evidence. A warrantless arrest may be invalidated though, if the police officer failed to demonstrate exigent circumstances and probable cause” is the way Cornell Law School defines arrest, and adds this very important information; “The right to make warrantless arrests are commonly defined and limited by statutes subject to the due process guaranty of U.S. Constitution. The suspect arrested without a warrant is entitled prompt judicial determination generally made in 48 hours.” So indeed, prompt action is called for with the arresting agency and must be followed in specific terms. Your rapid employ of a good attorney is imperative in many situations, and absolutely mandatory in dire situations. Perhaps it may be wise to have a good law firm already in your contact list that you can count on.
Back to that hypothetical arrest of ours; suppose that you were arrested during a sightseeing tour, taking photographs and marveling at all the things you had previously seen only in pictures. Perhaps grinning and talking with those you came with as you take in the sights and wondering with all the other tourists. Sure, ok, we will add that perhaps the reason why you were taking vacation time to visit there was to peacefully show support for the candidate you voted for as were most of the others around you, but you were arrested because you might have stepped onto some government property lawn, or even walked up a few steps of some important PUBLIC building or the other; again, as all the peaceful supporters of your candidate did and are doing. The police arrest you then, or perhaps a few days later after you were identified from some surreptitious camera found you through some face recognitions software that you were perhaps not aware of that were surreptitiously spying on you and the others. The charges are not filed as is REQUIRED by law but rather just hinted at that you are under suspicion of Federal FELONIES such as insurrection or rioting as you peacefully took photographs of the scenery and history present before you.
You witness that the city or local police or the site guards opened doors for a few of those out there with you, and they moved the fencing so you could get nearer to those protected public buildings as though they were instructed to allow you to enter, and invited you to go through the doors that THEY unlocked and opened, and somehow you were “breaking and entering”? Some DC cop aims, shoots in the neck and murders a woman and you, just standing on the steps outside, are the felons? Undercover agents of the FBI, the Capital Police and who knows what other Federal agencies (let’s just assume DOJ and State Department for the sake of argument since they are also in bed with the leftist anti-American Democrat party) try to get the crowds to riot, but fail miserably in their designs, and stooges of the mass media claim that you are creating an insurrection, a coup against the American People and illegitimate White House regime. So there you are stuck in jail and no real charges against you, against the law of the land and all common decent courts and law systems.
